Ain’t me was written from the perspective of a person who has ptsd. Often we are labeled by our reactions to the triggers we face on a daily basis. I have watched/ experienced this not only personally but also through my friends and family who have served. This recording is very special to me because my very good friend Austin White played the harp on it. He passed away in 2024.
